Hello my lovely Hivians and Splinterlands-Gamers and Collectors!
It has been a week since I posted an update on my doings of being a splinterlandlord, which means owning two plots and buildings on them.
A little fun fact along the road: I already had a massive ROI with splinterlands-land expansion even if it would be the case that my land plots decrease to zero in value. I bought two land plots for 10 dollars each in the pre-sale (20 dollars of investment, whereby 10 dollars where a google-giftcard from my employer lol). They got me a rare and a common land (common mountain and rare forest). I sold the rare forest for about 44 dollars and bought a common plains for approximately 28 dollars (yes land was way more expensive than right now). My long term strategy with just those two land plots is to generate self sufficiently grain and ores and selling them on the market.
Today I harvested about 6k grain worth about 63,9 DEC on the trade hub.
Hopefully I will be able to start mining ore soon!
