Multan are the newest entrants of PSL.
They will be playing their first PSL.
Captained by the veteran Shoaib Malik, they are well a balanced side.
Tom Moody is the coach of Multan Sultans and have one of world's best bowlers as a bowling coach in the form of Wasim Akram.
They are owned by Schon properties.

Impact Playera

Shoaib Malik

My first pick is the veteran all rounder Shoaib Malik.
He has been in a great form lately and has won Pakistan many matches single handedly.
He is very consistent with his batting and scores runs at will.
He chips away with some off spin as well but his strength is his batting.
He is expected to play at no. 4.
He is their most important player.

Kieron Pollard

Kieron Pollard is a specialist t20 batter and also bowls some medium pace.
He is the "god of destruction".
He can score you those 40 50 runs in 20 odd balls.
He has the ability to hit long and even his mistimed shots go the distance more often.

Kumar Sangakkara

Kumar Sangakkara is perhaps the most experienced batter in the entire PSL.
He bats at the top of the order and scores consistently at a decent strike rate.
His consistency in the game makes him an impact player.

Imran Tahir

The Pakistani born South African cricketer is the best when it comes to the celebrations.
He is a classy leg spinner and has great control in his bowling.
He often takes wickets with his "doosra".
He is their best bowler and surely an impact player.

Sohail Tanvir

Sohail bowls up front with the new ball and is very economical.
He often chips away with some wickets as well.
His unorthodox action is very difficult to pick and hits the hotspot quite often.
His batting abilities lower down the order makes him a useful all-rounder and an impact player.
