It is because the other car drivers stop to watch.
They can't help it. Because deep down, we're as basic as a mosquito attracted to light.
As any insect that tries to escape when you cage it.

Law(s)

Laws don't limit speeds because of our sake but theirs.
Insurance car companies often have to repair cars after a crash.
Limiting speed, limits crashes. But that's solving their financial problem.

Thus, they have a stable rich monthly income with almost no need to provide their services.

The irony in this example is that people think that these laws and rules are built for their safety... they're not... they are built only to benefit the ones who made them...

If an organisation/insitution gives you something for free, it's not... It's an investment.
