Let's paint again, okay this time I will paint a simple forest painting. I can't paint something difficult so I'll just make something easy, and as usual I saw a picture on Pinterest and I'm interested in remaking it and turning it into a painting in my sketchbook.
The items that I will use are an A5 size sketchbook, this is a watercolor sketchbook with a thickness of 250 gsm. Then because I will be painting using watercolors, I will use watercolors from the Himi Miya brand, and black poster paint from the Joyko Titi brand. Then I use a round brush and also washitape.
First prepare the watercolor sketchbook paper you want to use, then make a frame on the side of the paper using washi tape. Make sure the washitape sticks well so that the results of the painting remain neat. Then let's start painting, use a dark blue watercolor with a little bit of black added, apply it to the paper, I'll apply it abstractly. Make it darker on the edges and lighter in the middle.
Once the watercolor is dry, it's time to draw the trees. First create a tree in gray, create several trees of different sizes and create them in different shades of gray, such as dark gray and light gray. Then make a tree with black in the middle of the paper, make the tree bigger than the other trees, add lots of tree branches too.
And the result of a simple forest painting is finished, don't forget to remove the washitape slowly so as not to damage the paper and the result of the painting. What about my painting this time? I hope it looks pretty good, it's easy to make, you guys can make it too.
