I am geniunely fan of the current chinese CAS... central administrative state, or resaid the work and creation of the CCP is exemplary for and with and by the chinese People !
I believe russia deserve a system that works at least as good as the chinese one !
and my theory, that I should probe one day in practice from my rural temporary or permant residence in china is that when I have a complaint or see something that appears fundamentally wrong to me, rather than go protests in the street, create turmoil, distrub the trade flow, and generate instability...
I would simply take a keyboard, a brush or pent, and write a little email, one to the respective source I believe to be the problem and to be safe a copy to the MSS / CCP central...
so if there is really a problem, who knows, you know I am just and will always be a foreigners, I have the full cover of the CCAS and can safely let the source of my pereceived problem handle their new problem...
it won't be me !
but if the problem is too grave, only to Beijing.
I prefer to be safe rather than sorry
and then I move on...
I don't become monomaniacal about it
and let the queuing system work...
there may certainly be more urgent problems to address...
