Many of us live with a level of persistent low-grade stress that becomes so normalised that most of the time, we don’t even realise it’s there.
While we might not be displaying obvious signs of stress, cortisol—the hormone associated with stress—wreaks havoc on our mental and physical health over the long-term.

It’s a well-known fact that exercise augments our sense of mental well-being; exercising for 10 minutes can release endorphins, pain-killing chemicals that help induce a state of mental and physical peace
So lets combine 2 in one; get out in the forest for your excirsice and greenness
As different colors can evoke psychological reactions.
For example, color is often thought to have an impact on moods and emotions. Sometimes these reactions are related to the intensity of a color, while in other cases they are the product of experience and cultural influences.

How does the color green make you feel?

For most people it has strong associations with nature and immediately brings to mind the lush green of grass, trees, and forests. Perhaps because green is so heavily associated with nature, it is often described as a refreshing and tranquil color.
