I've been looking into this subject again, and I've been delegating 100 B in RC to @youarealive. What I still don't understand very well what would be the difference if I had been adding an extra 100 HP?... Now with delegating RC, I don't get sustracted HP? Or my percentage in Vote Power is going to get lower? !PGM !LUV !CTP
