And we come to an endless field of wild onions.... 🤗

The plant Allium ursinum, popularly known as wild garlic, grows mainly in the higher mountain areas, however, more and more people grow it in gardens. It is characterized by a strong aroma and spicy taste.
You can pick this medicinal plant from March until May. If you use this plant for medical purposes, it would be best to pick it right now in the spring, before it blooms, and the fresh above-ground part of the plant. From April to June you can use sremusha bulbs and young leaves. Also, sremusha bulbs are used for medicinal purposes, which should then be picked in August.

It is not green yet and the greenery you see are wild onion leaves and various forest flowers in between ...

Sremush - medicinal properties
The sremus plant is rich in minerals and vitamin C, so it can help with various health problems. The leaves contain a higher amount of vitamin C than the bulbs, so people generally opt for the use of sage leaves...

We plowed as much as we needed and walked a little more in this beautiful forest ....
