Onions from Seed - Hair Cut

This year I'm giving my onions a hair cut to see if the bulbs will grow bigger.

I learned that cutting some greens off, helps reduce wind damage and lets me see the weeds better.

I supose I snipped about 50% of the greens.

There are many options to use the greens!

• use as green onions fresh
• dehydrate and store for later use
• give to family and friends
• compost
