One thing I would like to say is that we have been in a political organization and we would love to contribute to the organization.
But what we do not know is that sometimes due to the power level trying to make changes can lead to you making enemies. Onebthing you learn with this point is that just because you can see a better way of doing things.
It does not mean that you should be that first person to kill you. When you are new, spend more time understanding the people around you, the politics, the history and the rules so you can have the best idea in the room and still become a target if you make the people who came before you feel so incompetent.
At that moment, before you change the system, understand why it exists, who cheated and who has something to lose between most of the time so observe learn the game first cause competent without that awareness can make you a target for no
reason.
