HI friends,

I was scrolling through my pictures and then these two little cutie pies came across. I was capturing a Hindu prayer and these guys were the one taking part. So i thought why not to inform you all a little bit of what I've learned about folding hands while praying.

Folding hands - This gesture literally means "taking a bow", "showing respect to others" or "asking for forgiveniss".

While praying we do this to ask for forgiveniss of any mistakes you've done in your life knowingly or unknowingly. The prayers are done not only for YOURSELF, but for the ENTIRE CREATION.

Folding hands is also doen because it connects the energy flow through your body with the brain. I learned this from the Yoga centre where we used to meditate to get positive energy.

It's amazing to see ahow these young guys are doing it the right way and i just hope they get all the blessings in life.

Thanks for reading this article. I'll do my best to learn you all a lot more of our culture through these post.

With love,
Prasant Djewan
