For a while Steem wallet down on BlockTrades, and at that time BlockTrades doesn't send or receive STEEM/SBD.
Bcouz of this BlockTrades's web site temporarily doesn't show the option for buying/selling Steem and SBD. These options are now reappears and We can trades now...
