A sleep-head like myself. I like sleep. I dont joke with it. While some may need to do much to minimize stress level, all i need is a hot plate of beans and a bed to sleep in after devouring the meal.

This is good. I consider it a practical method to minimize those things that add to stress levels. This way, you face it square-on in the early srages when it's a mere issue and hasn't become a full-blown
