When I retired from Royal Mail Customs officer's job, it was a change that made my life totally upside down, after working for couple of decades and having a regular schedule for years and years altogether, the change brought in substantial differences in everyday life.
Though, working in a high profile job was equally challenging each day, but it was evidently that I really liked doing after putting in years of working, experiencing the various hurdles and challenges and overcoming them was definitely a big achievement.
We somehow start believing that our job is everything for us, after putting in the best of our efforts, only to realise later in life that it was just a part of our lives to earn a livelihood and stay productively busy, so that our lifeflow can run smoothly, considering this factor we entangle our lives around our job and other professional commitments and obligations, besides having other million things in hand. Such is the reality of life.
But now, after all those challenging years have passed and I am retired, I can't think of anything drastically different to charter my path on. I have to find solace in my hobbies and other activities at home or around and new found love for cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Decentralized apps, platforms and mysterious curiosity and secrecy around them.
My Love for Gardening gives me real motivation everyday. Living in West Midlands, brings me close to the nature. Great weather, lush green pastures, woods, tall big old trees making me stay with nature in the real sense.
My real love for gardening keeps me fairly occupied almost all day long, besides other household chores, which is indeed a necessity to keep myself and my family on priority for everything happening in daily life.
But somehow there are moments to enjoy, cherishing old memories repeatedly recurring in the hindsight.
Though the real beauty of life is to keep yourself productively occupied.
Therefore gardening comes to my rescue.
I love taking care of my garden from sowing, planting and growing new varities of herbs, shrubs, flowers, cactus and other edible plants, like cilantro, chillies, mint, parsley etc.
I believe gardening is one such hobby and passion for life, which can take your entire spare time, even keep you entertaining with so many different types of activities.Sowing, planting, growing, pruning etc.
During my years of service, I have usually been a private person, as such, work and family, that's it.
But now, I ought to explore new things in life that are within my possible reach and ability to undertake them with slightly lighter approach, creating room for fun, joy and leisure. Content writing too comes under that aspiration to experiment with fair amount of experience and knowledge that I have gained over the past several years, it's really engaging.

I believe I can contribute to Hive in a manner that can let me pouring my heart out, sometimes.Though being conservative and old school this will be a totally new experience to actually experience in person and in reality, but I don't have any sky high expectations.
