Saving our environment is one great responsibility that is in the hands of we humans despite many believes that we have leaders who should be solely responsible for maintaining a good environment in a country among other responsibilities the government are attending to.

But one thing we forget and should be aware of is that the environment belongs to all of us, and has offered us many benefits that we are enjoying up until today which is why it’s everyones responsibility in saving the planet 🌎and not just waiting for the government because its we humans that are responsible in most of the damages to our environment.

The Tips For Saving Our Environment:

Waste Disposal :

Many of us don’t value our environment which is why you will see many people not careful on how to dispose their waste. Waste is mainly what we do not need again or those items we can not recycle ♻️ due to how there is no need to keep them around and should be disposed carefully

In my country plastic bottles which is one of the highest environmental litter recently has become so useful for recycling that I see many individuals going around to pick them on the street . So why should people still litter the environment with it? We can gather them readily in a sack and give them to this boys who takes them to where those who needs them for recycling takes it over for recycling. But instead, people will drink sodas and drop the plastics as they are moving. These causes drainage blockages

In the last three (3) months I have been able to give out more than four (4) sacks of plastics mostly from table bottle waters. I gradually gather them until a sack is filled up..

Power Supply:

Africa in general still suffers greatly from constant power outage due to over population . In Nigeria 🇳🇬 most people is dependent on generators for power which gas continued to pose health issues to humans and the environment from fumes. Our planet 🌍 has suffered so much from this artificial source of power supply. If only power supply can be improved to help stop too much of fume circulation.

Trees And Gardens:

Planting trees 🌳 and cultivating the habit of having gardens 🪴 in homes is one huge ways to sustain our environment as trees and flowers helps stop erosion that many environments suffers during heavy rain ☔️ fails.

And apart from cutting down erosion with trees 🌳 , any environment with tree surroundings helps provides airy atmosphere for better oxygen for humans and the good health for healthy living.

I remember while growing up , my parents has gardens round the house. And at the back yard, we fruit trees of all kinds like mango 🥭, plantains, avocado 🥑, papaya and even palms 🌴. These can help save our environment.

Channeling The Drainage:
This is another good way to save our environment. Drainages like gutters should be one priority we should have in mind especially while we are beginning to construct a property project. If we are to bear in mind that allowing too many water go back to earth 🌍 is dangerous, we should then pay attention to making sure that we construct a gutter where water outlet should be channeled to for proper waste.

I see many buildings constructed without gutter in the front areas, causing water from the compound to constantly go back to earth. This is one danger that causes streets to start eating up gradually and leaves dirty smelly water along the lane.

If only we can pay more attention, we will see how beneficial it is to do those things that can help us save the earth 🌍. We have no any other place like the earth and don’t we will ever have. Nature is everything we have got.
