I have always believed that change will continue to happen around the world 🌍 because man will never rest, but continue to device on how to bring things that we never expect to start to exist . And the more change keeps happening, the more humans are involved with greater opportunities.

And its because of change that we are all talking about remote job here today, made possible by innovation, more technology awareness and how humans has continued to improve In skills which was created by these opportunities sprouting all around the world 🌎

We know how hard physical job has come to be in recent times due to some countries economy and inflation that has affected companies and industries, and this has caused huge unemployment and retrenchments increase. A big problem that has also affected the youths and young graduates 🎓.

Remote jobs I see here as the only thing that can help the labor market , now and in the future because the world 🌍 is taking a new shape where things are changing. So, working from home 🏡 which is the new opportunity for people in this era is big relief to humans. A stress-free method that makes you work comfortably from the four walls of your house.

This pattern of work does not only make you stay away from everyday work stress, but gives you the comfort to work from home 🏡, stay away from exposure to pollution which helps aid good health and saves you cost 💲 you might spend on shuttles to work and back. Apart from these, you don’t need to always wake up so early to meet up queue at the bus 🚌 station or train 🚆 for those whose offices are far from where they leave.

The good thing is that people love remote jobs, but the problem is if you can be opportune to get an online job so easily, as many people are basically on it due to how beneficial it is. Most people who are working remote are being paid very well more than those working physically. And this remote jobs has truly helped the labor markets, even though we know everyone will not succeed in getting an online.

And I don’t think we can compare remote jobs to physical jobs where most times workers are abused by being overworked due to workload. I mean, have you seen where physical job workers do overtime and don’t get paid at the end, and have no power to challenge anyone as not to be lay off. And this is why many will resign immediately they feel being cheated

And remote being saturated does not stop people getting online jobs because the world 🌍 is a big place, and with people improving on their skills, especially with the help of innovation, technology and Artificial Intelligence, jobs will continue to come up. The only problem is the competition people will face when it comes to what you can do, your area of skill, how intelligent you are when it comes to some companies and industries that needs high tech savvy job seekers .

Developed worlds are where it is right now. Many countries that are economic stable believe that remote is the best way to create and make more jobs available. They feel that jobs can be shared among three (3) persons instead of over working one (1) person with lots of task on the table. Although the pay is reasonable enough, many who work physically overseas earn more than those working remote. This is why remote will continue to move the future and never a thing that can be phased off anytime soon as change will continue to bring new happenings. Even though everyone will not be involved in remote opportunities.
