My recipe for today friends is a delightful one you all will love very much. Today I bring you an apple 馃崕, peach 馃崙 milk mix that I prepared to take along for work on the field as snacks for lunch. This is a very delicious recipe with extra three ingredients that will make the combination more nutritious .
Of late I have fallen in love with cinnamon either the stick or powder because of its properties and aroma it gives me in foods and drinks, so in this apple 馃崕 peach 馃崙 delight combination I have added some cinnamon powder, little sugar for more sweetness and energy, then some little spring water 馃挦 to blend well.
This apple 馃崕 peach 馃崙 delight drink does not serve as main lunch but just a snack to endure through the field work before proper lunch. But for those who eats light during the day to keep in shape, this drink 馃嵐 can take us a bit far into the evening before early dinner 馃.
Here I will take you along the preparation of this delight with its step by step.
1 large red apple 馃崕
1/2 glass of a peach milk
1/2 glass spring water
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of premium sugar
Step 1.
To prepare this delicious combination, I will wash, sterilize the apple 馃崕, cut and dice it in cubes..
Step 2.
Next I will arrange and pour out one (1) glass full of peach 馃崙 milk 馃.

Step 3.
Here I will take the diced apple 馃崕 into the blender, adding the peach 馃崙 milk, some spring water, little sugar and cinnamon powder.
Step 4.
And will take them into blending with some textures for some bites.
Step 5.
And I have the puree ready here in a quick blend.
Step 6.
I will serve in glasses to show you guys how deliciously appetizing its looking.
And will package in a jar later to freeze for few hours for an on the field work snacks lunch guys. This is super nourishing combination you will not want to miss. Delicious, nutritious and healthy, boosting our immune system to stay active and energetic. Enjoy 馃槉.
