Me too! It has been a couple of months, and we don't need any more surprises. The expenses are killers!
Water is the worst to deal with, and I don't wish that on anyone. With all the heavy rains, I have friends whose basements have flooded, which has to be a nightmare in itself. Even our contractor's flooded, and he lives on the next road over. Today, it is 24 and flurries, same for tomorrow.
