Thanks, Mike, and I am glad you started some veggies. I hope you like them as they get stronger the longer you keep them on a counter. After you decide they have fermented enough put them into the fridge. Enjoy! I need to make another batch myself as I am down to one jar now. I eat them everyday at lunch time.
