I am so excited that my wonderful husband gifted me a trip to the bodymind float center. I have been wanting to go for months now since they opened one here in our city.
Floating in an enclosed tank with salt water without gravity, sound or light. You literally just float in a non-sensory tank to meditate and just be silent and still. You are able to enter into a theta brainwave state of mind to enjoy a really deep meditation. It is a wonderful experience for your entire body, mind and spirit. I can hardly wait to book my first appointment. I will probably make it a regular event! I will post on my experience and share it with you all.
