One beautiful morning, our neighbor asked me if I wanted to see the lavender fields up the hill. I said, " Yes, I would like to". I love the smell of the lavender flowers. But unfortunately, when we got there, the lavender was all gone. They already cut it.
We just decided to go home and on the way, I saw these empty fields. the skies were blue and the grass turned brown. It looked like somebody painted it from above playing with crayons.
