I think you are confusing reports of IDF seen practicing for over a year with that of Hamas. Reports came in from border guards stationed along the border of Hamas being seen practicing for the attack. If I recall correctly, there was one women who survived the attack on the border guards who said they had been warning of the Hamas activity for months.
The majority of the people in the villages attacked and the attendees at the festival were what were known in Israel as peaceniks. Believers that Israeli's and Arabs could live side by side in peace. I am not of the mind to believe that was a coincidence. I seen this same thing play out with attacks by Hezbollah in the north, which, if you are of a inquisitive mind, makes you wonder why Hezbollah would attack villages along the border that are more in line with supporting Hezbollah than Israel. Plus, knowing such, why Netanyahu would do a visit of condolences to one of those villages. Unless he too was baffled by the same train of thought and needed to go there to try answer himself exactly what Hezbollah was up to with that. I know afterwards he warned the Haredi sect of men not to go traveling up into the mountainous area in the north, at a certain time of year these men are known to go into that region of the mountains for whatever religious ritual they do, I can't recall exactly how it was worded. Like I said to you earlier in another comment, if someone could actually come up with solid proof of what was said at the democratic gathering that Netanyahu said he argued against Oct 7 for the attack as being to close to a religious holiday, I'd be more inclined to believe he was in on it all along, otherwise it's just hearsay that someone is spreading.
The majority of the middle east is made up of people of varying sects from different theology in Muslim religions, most are repressed, hate each others guts, all claiming their god promised them this or that. If let to their own vices, they'd turn on each other on a dime. It's not just Muslims, if the holy sites came under direct threat, Christians would be boarding planes to Israel in defense of them, by the hundreds of thousands, they probably wouldn't be able to provide enough flights out. That's just the plain truth about religious zealotry. That's why this whole thing has/had to be carefully orchestrated and carried out that this was about taking of the land by Jews and not a bunch of billionaires hell bend on making billions by opening an energy corridor into Europe and Asia.
Logically Ralph, when you are a tiny country, who gives a rats ass how they got there, like Kushner said, and I can get you the direct quote if you like, the ME is just arbitrary lines drawn, so he took out his sharpie and started redrawing all the lines. Yes I can actually prove that word for word, and visually word for word spoken on video. Anyway, it really is to your benefit when much larger countries hate your guts to embed a smaller army that hates your guts that a bigger army would have to go through first to physically get at you. The fact they were being fed fifteen million a year, (and that's just from Israel, the US was giving them a lot of money also, which also was noted by Kushner that "So the plan, this fifty billion dollars actually will require less annual contributions to the Palestinian than we have on an annual basis), is incentive enough for them to rise up and demand other Arab states not disrupt a good thing they had going on. That makes a hell of a lot more sense then they had been feeding them all that money so one day they could use them to justify an attack on Israel. Think about it, the crisis even today with the genocide going on, no other country wanted to take these people, none, zilch. Not a one. So it's not like any other country(ies) in the world could find a solution than the horrible conditions that existed they lived under, but it was acceptable to keep them there because to physically get at Israel, they'd had to go through all them first, and the majority of them had an incentive to keep the status quo. It's not different a defense tactic then people who keep vicious dogs on their property. You have to get through the dogs to get to the people. It makes way, way, way more sense than we are going to give these people billions of dollars for decades in hopes that one day we can maneuver them somehow into attacking us to justify just going in there, genocide them, and take all that land back.
There's also the question of why, if Netanyahu was involved, than why the need to stab him in the back and have him removed from office. However they aligned it so his party fell apart, wasn't something the Israeli people really wanted like we are led to believe because they brought him back in a historic vote never seen before getting himself elected.
It isn't just everything that Jared Kushner has said that points the smoking gun right at him and Trump, but the way it was all aligned to fall into place. The weapons left in Afghanistan, the sanctions on Iran that led to 8 billion dollars being stashed away but mandated to be released by a certain date so they could blame Iran for arming all those terrorist with the money they got when all along its highly feasible they got some of the stuff they needed to perpetuate this attack from weapons left behind in Afghanistan. You know, I wrote this down a few months ago, I didn't know when I'd ever use it, but it purely shows how these people are literally running an agenda and laughing in people's faces because they know the majority of people aren't going to take the time to figure out how they are being played. I mean really, Ralph, who uses the words "lethal injection" besides those who all along knew it was lethal, it's not even a joke. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the pure distain these people have for anyone else on earth outside themselves.
John Radcliff in an interview with Kaylee McInery
Ratcliff: Iran wanted a lethal injection into the normalization and extension of the Abraham Accords and possible normalization of Israeli and Saudi Arabia relations and they have accomplished it.
Kaylee: Saudi Arabia and Israel are not going to get the kind of guarantees to make sure Iran doesn't get what they want, to make these normalization and further building of Arab partners for Israel occur and the US with strong leadership can do that.
Radcliff: Kaylee you just outlined it could work. We saw it work. It could continue to work but it's not gonna happen. I am sorry it's not gonna happen in the next year and a half in this administration because no one believes the authenticity of the Biden administration when it comes to saying we stand with Israel. They haven't stood with Israel for 2 1/2 years. They've stood closer to Iran than they have Israel and that's why we have mayhem and war in the middle east.
Kaylee: Gone are the days of peace through strength.
Yeah there was a lethal injection okay, and it was set up by Trump and a bunch of greedy investors. I see this a lot like what you try and entail this is over, but the reality is, they are depending on that, it's the Jews, it's the Jews, and all along Netanyahu is telling them he isn't going to allow more formidable foes to take over security in Gaza when this is all done, the US out there trying to sell security guarantees to them, can you even imagine that, they are the world's most premiere military on the planet. In the end I think that will be the sticking point to all this, because Israel can't be seen going into Gaza and shooting people in the head nilly willy, not like Saudi Arabia, which, by the way, they don't seem to have a problem with in their own country, I'll gather that link and send it over, it appears to be a trend. But SA or a coalition of Arab states can get away with doing whatever they want. So I think you need to update your train of thought to todays standards of what's really going on. You and many, many others, going it's the Jews, it's the Jews, they want to take their land, when in the end, the Jews aren't slanted to get Gaza.
RE: The IDF kills more children in Gaza than adults.
