That's an enormous amount of research and expression right there, and I hope I can absorb the meanings you meant it to have. I find several notable things therein I am not in agreement regarding, or perhaps not fully aware of your meaning by them.

My understanding is that Israel and the IDF had the actual plan for Oct. 7 for over a year prior to the op happening. The training for the op was not covert, but was conducted in open air, and it is reported that the IDF carefully observed. Then Israel didn't respond to the reports it was beginning or as it was continuing to happen per that plan, for ~7 hours, I have read, despite both civilians and IDF personnel on duty reporting the breach and entry of enemy forces.
I am certain that Israel did see it coming, and knew exactly what was coming from surveillance of the training and having detailed knowledge of the plan. Their failure to oppose the op suggests they did so purposefully. The IDF stood down deliberately, knowing what was happening, in order to allow Hamas time to achieve their objectives.
Israel is reported to have created and continually supported Hamas financially up to Oct. 7 through providing Qatar funds that were provided Hamas, $15M in cash in a suitcase hand delivered in Gaza every month. When the IDF did respond it callously slaughtered the dancers at the Nova rave, which they had permitted right outside the wall, using hellfire missiles fired from Apache helicopters.
"Israeli forces "eliminated everyone, including the hostages,” said Yasmin Porat, who had fled the nearby Nova rave."
That same witness reported seeing an IDF tank firing on the house she had just left with other Israeli civilians inside at Kibbutz Be'eri. All of the deaths Israelis themselves witnessed the IDF causing were claimed as Hamas victims, along with every kind of atrocity propaganda about rapes, torture, and murders of babies, and all of that has turned out to be complete bullshit, blatant lies by Israel and the IDF.
As best I can tell, Israel created and financed Hamas for this purpose, allowed them to enter Israel, attack military targets, take civilian hostages, and then committed slaughter of it's own people at the Nova rave and Kibbutz Be'eri to blame on Hamas, so that it could claim Hamas had done all manner of terrible things to gain the support of the Israeli public to genocide and ethnically cleanse Gaza.
Regarding Saudi Prince MBS, I have seen reports the Saudis and Israel have armed and funded Islamic terrorists for decades, and not seen any evidence to disprove claims the Saudi royal family are actually Jewish, cryptojews, which is concealed from their subjects. Accordingly, it would make sense that Kushner would expect to succeed negotiating normalization of relations between the two countries, having only to continue the pretense that the Saudi royals aren't Jewish to prevent an uprising. MBS recently stated he cared only about his own country and was not concerned with other Arabic or Muslim countries.
However, I did see that he and other regional rulers have declined to allow the US to fly sorties from their countries to attack Israel's targets.
Gaza's economic incapacity is absolutely imposed on them by Israel, to create exactly the response that has come forth, which it paid for, so that it could pretend to be justified in ethnically cleansing and genociding the Palestinian people. Benjamin Netanyahu's father was born in Poland under the name Mileikowsky. Most of the 'Jewish' people in Israel similarly derived from European people, and when moving to Israel changed their names to Jewish names.
The ancestors of the Palestinians, however, have been in the Levant forever. The creation of the state of Israel is an invasion of European peoples pretending to be Jews, exactly as has been claimed about the Khazarians for over a millennium. They have no forebears from the Levant, no claim to the soil there. They just want it, and are killing everyone there so they can take it, with US support.
