"More ordinary folks like me will have to demonstrate absolute reliability and utility in creating the necessary social, commercial, and security structures the extraordinary will need, but the power of civil society is dependent on good people working together because of love and affection for each other, which enables greater internal security and trust than is potential to any other mechanism or values that exist. We often think of the natural world as 'dog eat dog' competition, raw and unrelenting warfare between predators and their prey in which the most ruthless killers inevitably win, but this is not the reality of ecological development."
What was your last long winded comment about Hive eco system that will move on once it vanishes to feed off the plankton of a new pond or some heavily worded comment like that. You talking about that kind of community that closely mirrors the communities we now live in. You really should run to be a politician because you make it all sound good but in the end the majority get the shaft. So much for love and bonding. My laptop and I can fight the good fight without all that visual interference you describe, I'll take to the street only if the time ever comes when I inevitability have to to survive. In the meantime I'll stay all warm and cozied up here holding my own instead of battle against that which cannot be overcome. No more trying to go up that hill only to get batted back down near the top in this dog eat dog world, if my life depends upon it, I'll reconsider. By then, everyone will be happy to see me, not as someone that they can take whatever hard earn position I've positioned myself in away.
Anyhow, after all that, I posted this up today on another blog, with a long winded reply.
Trump son-in-law Kushner has discussed U.S.-Saudi diplomacy with Saudi crown prince

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Jared Kushner, son-in-law of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has discussed U.S.-Saudi diplomatic negotiations involving Israel with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman multiple times since leaving the Trump White House, said a source familiar with the discussions.
The source did not identify when the talks took place and whether they occurred before or after the start of the Gaza conflict. But they included discussions on the process of normalizing relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia, a key diplomatic objective of both the Biden and Trump administrations, the source said."
Doesn't surprise me at all that what is portrayed to the American public as archenemies are working together behind Americans backs. I've been quoting Kushner as having said in his Harvard interview that he was doing exactly that:
Kushner: "We went forward, and we were able to create the peace deals. Then we moved forward in the region, and we felt Saudi Arabia had the ability to do a normalization deal. And we had worked with the Biden Administration in order to , um, in order to help them, ah, get that pathway to follow the pathway we were in. So now you forward three years to the attack which was awful."
"The Saudi relationship with Trump was notably close. Trump’s first foreign trip as president in 2017 was to Riyadh, accompanied by Kushner."
This was true as Kushner was called upon early on in the Trump administration to start working with, not Israel, not Saudi Arabia, but the president of UAE, who found it rather interesting that the Trump administration jumped right into it by sending what he described as the third person first without having sent the first two first who had no real authority to do anything.
UAE president: The US sends three different people, the first two have no authority to do anything. The third person is one with real authority and they only send them to come and try and do things that are not in my interest, you're the first person from the US on your level that has ever come here and actually asked questions and listened."
Why the UAE first, I have no idea, but Kushner, like he describes other Arabs leaders, describes that visit as amazing, and what an amazing leader he is.
The visit described in the article, Saudi Arabia, what took place there pretty much sums up what is happening there today.
Kushner: "So we go there, and I actually encourage you to read or watch President Trump's speech in Riyadh because it basically said, excuse my French, I am not going there to kiss ass, I am going there to lay down markers, and say, um, this is what needs to change and this is what we need to
do. He went there with a very tough, he basically said this is not your problem, this is not our problem, this is all our problems. We want to get these terrorists out of our homes, get them out of our mosque, let's get them out of our world, and he was very, very rough, and King Solomen of SA gets up there and says there is no glory in death. Which also was a big statement. So, I am giving a long lead to say this is where we are."
"Two sources familiar with Saudi strategy said that if Trump returns to the White House, the crown prince would welcome making a deal with Israel under his leadership. If Harris were to win, the agreement would still move forward, the sources said. Either way, the sources see it as a win-win for MbS, even if it requires a few more months of patience."
The reason Saudi Arabia is backing in and out of the normalization deal is because he would not commit as long as Hamas could undermine the investment that Kushner got him to agree to. This is also why Kushner went to the Arab states first over Israel, when Kushner did get to Israel, or the several attempts to convince Israel, they actually had to remove (or what Kushner describes ashaving stabbed Netanyahu in the back) from office before he finally relented and did the deals, which when describing negotiations with Qatar Kushner described as very, very intense.
Reporter: "How much financial commitment, if you are able to say, did you get from the rich Arab states, whether from the gulf or elsewhere, the fact are they are principally in the gulf.?"
.
Kushner to reporter: "So the plan, these fifty billion dollars, actually will require less annual contributions to Palestinians than we have on an annual basis to date."
Kushner: "Right now the regions not investible the way it needs to be, in order for it to be investible, we need to resolve these core conflicts, we don't resolve these core conflicts by being firm on a position without finding a way to compromise and negotiate."
Kushner: "I was with him the next day, (Netanyahu after election defeat), We thought we were going to announce something and move forward and he was pretty despondent. We met the next day and he would basically, I figure, let me ask him questions about his history, his story. I mean he's a historic figure that been through so many historic iterations and he told me when I was a politician I have bad patches. I would always try to get little wins because little wins lead to bigger wins and then bigger wins and momentum is a very hard thing to get. We left the region with momentum, again the last piece, so we set up Bahrain to do the deal with Israel. Saudi was watching this closely. We get to Saudi to allow us to put flights over SA between SA and UAE, then in addition to that we said we need you to solve the issue with US in Qatar. So, we went through and got that done, which by the way was very, very intense. So, I finished that on Jan 5th then flew back to the US thinking I would have a very quiet last couple of weeks in office, that turned out to be the case."
You see very clearly that Israel was the last piece, spoken in his (Kushners) own words. Netanyahu and the heads of US defense department agencies repeatedly told Kushner, you can't do that, this won't fly, and that he was a young naive person. Kushner quotes Trump as repeatedly having kept saying:
Kushner: "He didn't have faith that Bibi would come through, but I think he was kind of in his mind to try challenge Bibi to say, "you're not going to come through, you're not going to come through, to try make Bibi prove to him he was going to come through."
How did Kushner really feel about Netanyahu?
Kushner: "Bibi says no thanks, an obstructionist, rejectionist, he's committed himself to Israel for a long time, maybe too long in my opinion."
Compare that to how he views MBS:
Kushner: "I think he's accomplished way more than anyone could have expected. I think the cool thing is we're just getting warmed up. You think about these projects he's a very out of the box thinker, eh, I see that he's getting better and better, the ministers around him, again, it's like sitting with a leadership team of a start-up, they're getting better and better, they're competitive with each other but in a friendly way and I think there's a real ambition and appetite for risk there that you don't see in a lot of countries that have the resources and you think about the location. They have access in the gulf right now, which is so bullish there, you have access to the European market and then you have access to the Asian market where there's massive, massive growth, so you look at the circumference around them and there's four billion people, you got established markets, you got emerging markets, you have net surplus because of their oil trade. They're making massive investiments in their renewables, they're being a true leader on a lot of fronts and I think that's very exciting so I was very, without him, I don't think we'd been to turn the tide in the region. I am still very optimistic talking about their funding with Israel, I don't think now it's a question of if, but when, how and for what."
Why is all that important? Because continual media, social media, opinion pieces and various other independent media keeps selling what you are seeing as an Israeli attempt to take Gaza and the West Bank as theirs. It simply wasn't the objective, nor was revenge for the Oct 7th attack, anyone with any common sense knows that Israel didn't see that coming and the more likely reason it happened was because there were individuals within Israel, more likely than not the same ones who were working alongside Kushner and the Biden Administration, that greed not occupation were the main motivating factors for the attack to get the new Trump paradigm for the region back into focus after Netanyahu's return. Furthermore, anyone with any common sense can see clearly what the odds will be for Israel if they don't keep the metal to the pedal to, as Trump describes it, "get the job done!" It's clear whose side is heavily favored more, the side with the money not the side that cost them money, as such, they could be as easily dispensable as the financial burdensome Gaza was.
To see the irony that it won't matter who you vote for, they are one and the same, is the added twist at the end that it would be unethical for Kushner to work in an unofficial capacity on the Abrahams Accords, but the same standard isn't applied for his work with the Biden Administration in an unofficial capacity when it came to the Abraham Accords. That's how you know if it happened once, chances are, all these dog and pony shows they been doing, they've been doing together, and none of it's been in your favor. Just imagine if they actually put this much effort into actually solving problems here in America as they are of solving the middle east problems, but then they wouldn't be able to get as rich as investors off genocide.
"Three sources close to Kushner said that if Trump wins November’s presidential election, they expect Kushner to be involved in the Saudi talks, albeit in an unofficial capacity. A spokesperson for Kushner denied that he is seeking such a role.
If Kushner were to be involved in diplomatic talks as a private citizen in a second Trump term, it could pose a significant conflict of interest, ethics experts say, putting Kushner in the extraordinary position of conducting government-level negotiations with one of his major financial investors."
