I guess you are totally off the mark. He isn't interested in the presidency. He isn't into reforming the FDA. One thing you got correct is he is an ice man. It takes an ice man to do the things that Fauci was doing. People with a closed narrow focus about Trump and these vaccines who think he was hoodwinked, well, this is just another one of those opportunities that show this isn't a fact. The mere fact he's all buddied up alongside Trump shows that Trump was in the know of what was going on behind the scenes with the development of this vaccines despite making claims it was being done in a so called black box as to not sow influence or bias into the studies/progress being so called made. If during this process it was being done inside this so called black box (and I can find the direct quote to that with a bit of digging through my paperwork) and no one had any access to the individuals he wouldn't have had time to be developing any working relationship alongside of Vivek. According to Trump's black box theory no one had access or knew directly who was inside that black box. His quote was something along the lines of "think of it like a black box", no one knows what's going on inside of it.
