Yes, indeed - it is more about him growing his influence - also, there is no doubt a book deal in there somewhere or something like that - if he was going to attempt a real run, it would be some way out - once he had built himself up as a viable presidential candidate - I think the problem is, that anyone that goes into the environment of the FDA, who wants to drastically reconfigure it, will never get anywhere near the environment - and even if they do they won't be able to do anything - they will be chess boxed into infinity. It is too large with way too much power - it is directly connected to the Military industrial complex. Its like someone saying they are gong to shutdown the Bank of England, its never going to happen. The only thing that might shut down these places long enough for them to be restructured world wide so they are useful to the people again - is probably sadly a day when everything fails and everyone stops getting paid - i.e., like a massive economic collapse.
