Hive is not decentralized. I keep going over that with you time and again. When the majority of stake is held by a hand full of people who can reign control over the entire system, take fifty percent or more of the rewards that is not decentralized. They can do that because they have a system designed to their benefit.
What you are describing will not happen over and over again. They'll always be people who lack the knowledge, ambition, here to all, or for whatever reason. You can make your own whatever but if you lack the knowledge, skills or desire to apply whatever it is that you made it does one no good at all. You have to be able to do it yourself to skirt licensing and regulatory cost associated with doing it. You can try bartering with someone but you also face being caught bartering services that come with the same regulations to report it on your taxes.
Ordinary inkjet printers are less costly than your average cell phone, computer, laptop, so why would people in poor countries strive to get a cell phone so they could make pennies blogging on hive vs spending money on an ink jet printer that they could use for a variety of production means and sell their services to those who can afford it?
