Hive is an example of decentralization. Several examples, in fact, due to it's globally distributed servers, owned and run by various individuals, and it's tokens. Handheld laser pointers decentralize laser possession, recreational drones, solar panels on locals roofs, on and on. Each of these technological advances decreases oligarch profits by orders of magnitude, and the degree of decentralization is increasing exponentially. Today you can print solar panels with an ordinary inkjet printer, manufacture much of the parts of drones (and all manner of household goods), and not only is there no tax paid on electricity you generate yourself with your solar panel, when you print your own you profit no solar panel manufacturer.

I am not claiming decentralization of all means of production has occurred. I am claiming that all technological advance is now decentralizing means of production, and none increasing centralization. Since advancing technology increases productivity, it is facile to predict the end of centralized manufacturing and capitalist overlords. It takes time for infrastructure to be built and deployed, and decentralized means of production remain under development, so this transition will take a while, because it will happen over and over.

In due time, paradise will come.
