Jalapeno poppers, I should give that a go, they are usually expensive to buy so making my own may be a solution to that problem. I was really surprised by the difference in taste from homegrown to store bought garlic, I am sure you will not be disappointed....you are right about the home grown experience, that's why I think trying to replicate my garden grown ingredients salsa from store brought ingredients isn't hitting a one hundred percent, it's close but not doing a full throttle to the taste buds quite yet.
