Hot peppers I've always had a lot of luck with. In the past I've struggled to find a use for them all. This year I'm going make a lot of Jalapeno poppers.

I do hope the garlic taste exceeds what you can get in the store. That is also the one downside. Once you home grow something you don't want to go back I've realized.
