We are getting close, I do remember the article stating they are used as insulators. Putting in electrical apoxies though just brings up apoxies (glues, coatings) one can use in electrical applications. I did get several hits on insulators for electrical grid, I'll stay busy with that for awhile until I hear back. Thank you.
