In India, they talk about millions of gods from which Buddhism comes with different branches In China Myanmar Thailand Laos etc. In Thailand, the root and main branch of Buddhism is the Theravada branch with recently some Dharmakhaya and Mahayana rising for different reasons not always very clear.
