I was up early this morning and decided to head out for a #wednesdaywalk just before dawn. As I was getting ready I glanced at my desk and this 8 reales caught my eye.
#worldcoinwednesday!
This coin was minted in colonial Mexico and looks well used. It was marked $70 when I got it a year ago at a coin show but I had a chunky 10oz year of the dog round that I traded for this coin and one other US coin.

As for my #wednesdaywalk, it was just lovely, there was a small dusting of snow on the hills across the river from me in Washington.

I walk up to our city park, here is the playground.

This is a fountain that I have not seen work in my 10 years in this town however, I did see some guys working on it this summer so maybe next year they will fire it up!

OK well, 2.5 miles in the books at this point and I'm headed down the road about a half mile from home.
