Two years ago at Christmas my ex gave me a silver pouring kit. It was a torch, some tools for handling the hot stuff, a couple crucibles, a mold with multiple size wells to pout into and some silver shot. Sounds cool, right? Well, it is, I guess, if pouring silver is something you want to try.
The thing was, and still is, that I am not interested in that. I love me some silver ad poured silver ingots are awesome, I just know myself enough to know that this is something I do not want to do. Maybe, if I was being taught by a pro I could get into it, because it definitely is not something you just pick up and are proficient at.
This has the texture of a crap leg xD
So, it was a cool gift in a way, like out of the ordinary, but also kind of not a great gift for someone without skill or will to do the thing 😬
I let it sit in the garage for a while before I finally watched some youtube, talked with 
I followed the technique I learned, melted an ounce of silver shot and ended up with two "ingots". One is a 7 gram little button, that I can't locate at the moment but will post when I find it, and one is...........well...........THIS!?!?
Yeah, nice eh? Obviously the shit was not hot enough or something. I honestly don't care what I did wrong because I'm never trying it again.
The underside has some of the crucible still attached and the borax or whatever the fuck that powder is that you have to add for some reason I also don't care about.
So, there you have it! 0.78oz (22g) of silver trash with some other bullshit stuck to it.

I have already gotten rid of the whole set up too, which may have been the wrong thing to do with a gift but wtf else am I supposed to do with something like this if I will never use it again?
