In my first post detailing Narrative I went over a couple of the basics and invited you to join. They are accepting new users in batches of 500 and are currently on round 13 with about 160 spots left.

When the round fills up everyone in that round will get an email invite to the alpha site where you can begin poking around and creating & voting on niches.

Today I want to go over some of the difference between Steemit and Narrative as explained by @rosemaryoneill, one of the founders of Narrative.

I was cruising around the frequently asked questions this morning when I found the question, "How is Narrative different from Steemit?" This is the answer from Rosemary:

Let's go through each part one by one:

I'm not sure what she means by "slow", as the steem blockchain is one of the fastest (except when it completely shuts down due to "upgrades") :)
Narrative will be using the NEO blockchain, which has been quick in my experience.

Fantastic! Keeping it simple, I like it.

I believe this will be key in bringing more people in, not only to Narrative but to crypto in general. I have two friends that are good writers and blog for free on other social sites that will not join Steemit because they don't want to deal with crypto. One has already joined Narrative due to the fiat option.

This is great. We all know what the trending page here on Steemit looks like on any given day and it is disheartening, to say the least.
