With a 1% chance of drawing it the Military Industrial Complex card is not easy to come by.
Cost
Tickets cost 2 HIVE -OR- 400 SIM each
You can buy as many as you like. Just send the payment to 
I will sell a maximum of 20 tickets so you will have at least a 5% chance of winning this two card set and I will draw as soon as all 20 spots fill.
I've held quite a few raffles for silver bullion and I like to do a double random draw. First I will put all the names into the list randomizer at random.org which will give each individual name a ticket number, like so
Then I will use the random number generator on random.org to draw the winner (unless the dCity discord server has a random number picker bot).
