Well, I'm either late for week 216 or....early for week 217 but, of course, the number is of no consequence as today is my weekend and I do declare it a #beersaturday for me.
Let's head to Portland, Oregon, to enjoy one of the finer brews from my current favorite brewery, Level Beer.
These folks are doing it right, from the packaging artwork to the beer itself, everything is kick-ass!
So today I am sampling their dry-hopped Pilsner and it is really nice. I am not a fan of the American Pilsner macro-brew-shit like Coors or Bud Lite but I have always been a fan of the the quintessential, Pilsner Urquell.
Let's Play Pilsner from Level Beer goes down real easy, like a good Pils should, and that little extra hop addition gives this beer just the right hoppy finish. I give this beer 6 out of 5 stars on Yelp :D

I use to only see this beer in Portland but I am now seeing it in multiple stores in my town about 90 miles from Portland, so if you see any of the brews from this fine brewery don't think, just get you some.
