2 Minute Dad Talk - Throw-up is disgusting

As parents when a kiddo gets sicks, we need to be ready to help nurse them back to health.

My youngest daughter said something profound the last time she was sick. "Throw-up is disgusting!"

It sure is! Her honest and to-the point statement reminded me of a truth. What we put into ourselves is what will come out.
