What I meant by that was he actually tipped off the officials who would come later that they would need to dumb us all down through the education system. I don't think that was his intent with that quote by any means. It just served as reminder to do the opposite; allowing those that followed to get away with the scam they were perpetrating.

I think we are in agreement that the dumb downed masses are proof that it worked. I also hate to admit that I was once one of the masses.
