Thank you so much Tiffany for that great explanation, I was absent when the communities came about back on FIRED so I never put that connection together.

I remember that old 'Lassie' TV show and the plain Jane pick up trucks from the '40's & '50's. Those are real collectors items now and I would love to have one.
Your comparison between HIVE.BLOG and the other front ends like PEAKD to those trucks and the modern day ones is easy for me to understand, they both can get on the blockchain just that newer other front-ends have more modern features like you described.

For the little bit that I do on here the "old reliable plain Jane" truck is really all I need but it is good to know of all the other features and benefits those newer models offer.

I probably should make it clear that my phrase " teaching me a new lesson" was just a figure of speech on my part for something that I thought I had figured out on my own when looking at her page. I wouldn't want anyone to think she is as ignorant as I am about this type of stuff.
