There are a couple ways about going and getting out of paying income tax. Neither of them are explainable in the space of comment, so I will look at doing a couple Dashes on what has been working.
It all boils down to jurisdiction and the IRS, when having suit filed against the director, back down in hurry. They can't let someone go to court and actually win where a ruling would set precedent because the flood gates would open up on them. So they "quietly" ask the court to dismiss the case "for lack of jurisdiction" not that the court lacks jurisdiction but the IRS lacks it. The plaintiff in the case then gets an order from the court saying the suit has been dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
The next time any IRS agent sends a letter or pays a visit the plaintiff gives a copy of the court order to the agent and says, "if you continue to harass me I will have notify the court that you are in contempt of the court order."
I know people who have had liens released and garnished social security restored with back payment of the confiscated money. This is truly astounding but it took people who were at the end of their ropes to give this approach a try; going on offense.
Have a great week as well Eric!
