The IRS is beyond predatory. I think it's so unfair that if you have dual citizenship and make money in another country you still must pay US taxes on it. The only way to escape paying twice is to renounce US citizenship and then you don't qualify for Social Security, not that that will be a huge sum after I hit retirement age.

I can't wait to hear how things go for you in your pursuit. So if you renounce or claim Federal citizenship never rightfully existed are you still eligible to receive Social Security benefits?

I could see them withholding this just out of spite if you get the better of them in court.
