Actually Eric it never ends well in that it never gets publicized that people are winning at not paying their income taxes. There are ways to beat them and being a state citizen rather than a US citizen is one. I am in the process right now of getting all my ducks in a row, as I have studied the IRS problem for years.
I know of several people who went to the offensive position and filed their own suit against the IRS in US federal court and now have court orders saying that the IRS does not have jurisdiction over them. I 've seen the court orders myself.
There is so much wrong with that IRS and the way they do business it is a sin. They have a bunch of corrupt judges that have allowed it to continue but their egg shell is cracking so to speak.
