I think you have been very gracious answering my questions and setting me straight on few things, but I'll ask one more since you offered and it should be an easy one.
I know the postal regulation call for the postage on the envelopes to be "canceled" with a certain color of ink but I can't recall the color. I know it is either red or black and I've seen both used.
But I also know the regulations were specific on the color, which color is it?
