Thanks for entertaining comment and I do remember that photo you mention, she was reading him the "riot act" for sure. He looked like he didn't know what had hit 'em.

Now that Blue has set the story straight and I confirmed it by reading her link she provided I plan on becoming vocal with postmasters as well when I see one not flying the POW flag.

From what I can tell here in Texas I could be quite busy with that, if we ever are allowed to leave our houses.

Maybe the majority of Texas post masters are trying to tell us something or they are just to guzbucking lazy to do it. I mean putting up two flags would be double the work if my math is correct.

Either way, I find that it is required of us to hold 'em to the rules. They do work us, right? It is their rules, right? Ignorance of the rules is no excuse, right?
