In Texas we have a lot of FM designated roads and RR (Ranch Roads), both of those I've never seen in any other state. My guess is that because the state is so large in area there needed to be more designations

That can of worms probably should be opened which would help strengthen my point on attention span. Closing 80% of the poling locations in a cost "cutting measure" sounds like a move to suppress
