So i just played two matches back to back where both me and my oponent had the haunted spirit in the first position taking 2 damage and healing 2 damage round after round with nothing else happening. This should be a draw but both battles were counted as losses. I have no idea why. I'd love it if someone could explain this. here are links to both battles.

I've seen battles before where they should have been considered a draw but were awarded to one or the other player and i don't understand the logic.
