For example, an individual travels to Africa, precisely Nigeria, a labour intensive country due to its high population, in order to start up a business there and discovers there's no such thing as what he wants to start up, nobody patronizing the product, they are just so ignorant about it. After discovering this, felt bad and discouraged about the workability of the business there, and therefore, decided to give up on starting up the business there, thinking no one is gonna patronize him. But another individual, faced with same challenges, saw this as an opportunity by sharing the vision and mission of his business, the utility customers are stand to derive from his product and he simply created an environment that would make this product marketable. Now with his business been monopolistic, he became extremely successful with huge profits.
