I remember the day, the following days, the months, and the following months after I joined Hive. It took me almost 8 months to get a decent upvote. I stayed consistent because I had someone who kept telling me not to stop and one day I would get a good upvote. That soon became reality and now I get decent support on my content. That's so cool. ;) It worked!
I remember how I used to create my D-tube videos, got dressed, and wrote a script each day. It took me a lot of time to shoot a video, edit it and then upload, and all that for nothing. It was disheartening but I don't know how I kept going and after about 8 months I got my 1st good upvote.
After that also, it wasn't regular because I didn't know people, I didn't know what to post, who was my audience and what would they like. So all in all if I mention it, it easily took me about 2 years to establish myself here and now I get decent upvotes and recognition.
But for people who are joining these crypto-based platforms now, I believe it's much easier given there are such great initiatives run by people where we get to talk, interact, ask questions, share and get knowledge.

Knowledge - I can ask questions here and get resolutions to my queries related to cryptocurrency, platforms, and trading.
Brainy Conversations - The engagement here is not limited to crypto, people talk about anything and everything - from food to TV series to goals to motivation and whatnot. I get to know other people's perspectives and it explores the horizons for me.
I look forward each day to the POB TALK post by Hive account@vempromundo.pob. I have made some really great, like-minded friends here it's a great motivation for me to visit Proof of Brain each day.
