Making computers out of e-waste and casing them in jerrycans is offering kids their first chance to go online. The computers were built by an association in Chad, called Wenaklabs, in association with UNICEF. Most of us cannot imagine a life disconnected from the internet, but there are 346 million young people who have no access at all.
